The length of this dress/skirt was completely unpractical in the snow but when is fashion ever practical?!

I just recently snagged this tank off the sale rack at Charlotte Russe. The photo doesn’t do it justice. It’s pink (which is so against my usual color choice), light-weight and has these sheer ruffles/layers at the bottom of the shirt that I love. I usually hate buying basics but it was super cheap and the fabric feels nice.
