The earrings I’m wearing here are another amazing piece of that costume jewelry I was gifted back in a previous post. They’re clip-ons which is great at this moment they can cover my previoiusly retired gauged ears that I’m waiting to shrink back to original size. I’ve realized how much I miss wearing pretty earrings all the time it so it was bound to happen, especially after the large bounty I just came into by chance.

Btw. I have a little project up my sleeve that I’m doing in collaboration with DISfunkshion magazine. I’ll fill you in on the details later.

I was recently inspired by this photo I found online the other day and the model’s red eyeshadow. I’m not one to wear makeup or even claim to know how to use it but I remembered some red eyeshadow I bought back when I used to shop at Hot Top (oh the awkward years) and figured I’d try using it. I thought the results weren’t too terrible if you can tell from above.

The Page Boy

The last outfit photo from my trip out west on the beach. I’ve been meaning to take photos of this great Ralph Lauren blazer I found in the thrift store a while ago but it’s been too warm to wear it. I was glad to finally pull it out of the back of my closet and give it some use on the trip. Such a good find. With the blazer and the hat my sister kept telling me how I looked like a cute little page boy. I guess I’ll take what I can get.

I’m also proud to say that one of my outfit photos was chosen by Gap to be part of their 1969 Denim campaign. My image they chose can be seen here. The site itself is horribly confusing when you’re looking for something specific but look through the rest of the stream to find looads of denim inspiration. I need to pull my jeans out more often. I own at least 20 pairs of them and rarely do they get much use.

The Machine Will Tell Us So

Here are two images I took while on my vacation in Washington. The beach was kind of cold and gloomy but it provided a nice background scene to take some interesting photos. It feels so good to be shooting film again. More as soon as I edit them.
